Our MUNA Children Section is directly run by MUNA Sister of Chicago. MUNA Children Section includes Kindergarten to 5th grade. The Children Section has a variety of programs throughout the year including regular monthly programs. Some programs are online and some are in person. These programs provide our children Islamic Knowledge Base which gives them big encouragement for learning.
Some of the programs are:
- Monthly Program: Children learn about concurrent topics such as Ramadan, Hajj, Zakat.
- Islamic Studies: Children are given a video to watch and answer the questions from the video.
- Reading Club / Book Reading: Children read a specific book and report to their responsible.
- Talent Show: Children compete for Quran Recitation, Islamic Nasheed, Speech and all the participants are awarded in a big gathering.
Notes: 4th and 5th grader girls and boys have their own separate programs.
